Advertising Cash Purchase Terms

1. What you are buying

  • Product: TravConnect advertising cash top-up
  • The amount you pay is credited as advertising cash at a 1:1 ratio.
  • Advertising cash is prepayment for TravConnect advertising services. It cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another party.

2. Price and VAT

  • Per transaction: ₩10,000 to ₩100,000
  • The displayed amount is VAT inclusive.
  • A top-up is a prepayment, so no tax invoice is issued at the time of payment. Tax invoices are issued based on advertising spend actually consumed.

3. Contract formation and delivery

  • The contract is formed when the payment is approved.
  • Advertising cash is credited to your wallet immediately after payment and can be used right away.

4. Validity and refund window

  • Paid advertising cash can be used for 1 months from the payment date.
  • Balances past that period can no longer be spent on advertising, but they do not expire and may be refunded.
  • Refunds must be requested within 12 months of the payment date. After that window a refund can no longer be requested.

5. Payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Payments are processed through Toss Payments.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

  • Unused paid advertising cash can be refunded in full or in part at any time.
  • Amounts already spent on advertising are not refundable, as the service has been delivered.
  • Scope, method and processing follow our refund policy.

7. How advertising is charged

  • Charges are calculated per impression (CPM) or per click (CPC) at the bid the brand sets, and are deducted as they occur.
  • Duplicate records of the same click event are excluded from billing.
  • Delivery stops when the balance is insufficient. Deductions never exceed the balance; there is no post-payment or negative balance.
