TravConnect Advertising Cash

What this is

TravConnect advertising cash is a prepayment that cosmetics and beauty brands top up to run advertising on TravConnect. The amount you pay is credited as advertising cash at a 1:1 ratio and is deducted as your campaigns are shown and clicked.

• Advertising cash can only be used for TravConnect advertising services, not for goods or services from third parties.
• It cannot be exchanged for or withdrawn as cash, nor transferred to another person or account.
• Unused cash can only be refunded to the original payment method.

Product details

How advertising is charged

• Charges are calculated per impression (CPM) or per click (CPC) at the bid the brand sets, and are deducted as they occur.
• Duplicate records of the same click event are excluded from billing.
• Delivery stops when the balance is insufficient. Deductions never exceed the balance; there is no post-payment or negative balance.
• Every deduction is itemised in the billing dashboard.

How to buy

1. Sign in with your brand account.
2. Go to Dashboard > Billing > Top up.
3. Pick an amount or enter your own.
4. Review the product, amount and validity on the order summary, then agree to the purchase terms and third-party data sharing.
5. Complete payment — the cash is credited immediately.

Refunds

Unused paid advertising cash can be refunded in full or in part at any time, back to the original payment method. The owner or admin of the brand account can request it.
